The Campagnolo Super Record Ergopower Hydraulic Disc Brake/Shift lever is efficient and effective, thanks to a reimagined lever body shape that delivers a comfortable, firm, high-grip feel. The brake lever has been redesigned to make it easier to reach in low grip conditions while maintaining Campagnolo style and design. Brake lever positioning can also be adjusted to ensure it is within easy reach, accommodating any handlebar and hand size. The absence of wires and cables makes it easy to install and the battery has an incredibly long life thanks to the very sophisticated firmware that manages all this component’s electronics. Shifting buttons on each lever are the perfect balance between force used and tactile feedback, allowing cyclists to feel when a gear shifts. Shift buttons can also be customized in the MyCampy 3.0 app, associating them with the front and rear derailleurs as desired. Super Record brake calipers ensure powerful braking that can be regulated in any situation thanks to their 22mm diameter phenolic resin pistons. The pad return has now been optimized to ensure there is no friction when the brake lever is released. A special metal plate, positioned between the pad and the caliper piston, cushions the vibrations during braking.
