No problem! We rent bikes. If you like it, apply the deposit to purchase the same or an equivalent style bike. Call us at 918.943.6700 or stop by our shop at 8315 E. 111th S. Bixby, OK.

Bixby Bicycles Refund Policy

Bixby Bicycles never wants a cyclist to be stuck with a bike they will not want to ride. If you don't feel comfortable on your bike, bring it back within one week of purchase in new condition, and we will apply the full value of the bike toward any other bicycle in the shop. For any online orders being returned, the customer pays for shipping both ways. If an item was returned and they received free shipping, the customer pays return shipping, and the original shipping amount will be deducted from your payout.

Even if it is longer than seven days, please let us know, and we will be fair on the exchange.

For accessories only, Bixby Bicycles will provide a full refund within seven days of purchase. Please return it in new condition and original packaging. We offer store credit for returns made after 7 days of purchase.
