This heart rate monitor is designed to be completely chest-strap-free and can be attached directly to the underbust band of your sports bra.
With a total of three clips (the measuring module on the front itself acting as one of them), you can attach it to bras for medium to robust support. As a result, the module is in the perfect position to provide you with the best possible training data.
In addition to an ECG-accurate heart rate, the HRM-FIT also provides you with data on your running efficiency when paired with a Garmin watch. Furthermore, it gives you your pace and distance when running on the treadmill; your heart rate variability is also determined. Excellent results, without an annoying chest strap!
