Return Shipping Policy
  1. If you request a refund for any items, whether shipped or not, we will deduct the 3% credit card processing fee from the reimbursement.
  2. For any returned online orders, the customer pays for shipping both ways.
  3. If an item was returned and they received free shipping, the customer pays return shipping, and the original shipping amount will be deducted from your payout.
  4. If the customer purchases an item and requests a refund, they will pay the shipping fee. 
  5. If a shipping label was purchased for the order, the actual shipping fee will be deducted from any refund.
